Description
PolyBAK® Laserboard is a thin, high-strength, polymer-impregnated kraft board designed specifically for laser cutting and engraving applications. It’s widely used by model makers, sign makers, stencil manufacturers, and prototyping companies because it combines the clean cutting properties of card with the strength of thin plywood.
Laserboard has some significant advantages over card and timber alternatives:-
- High rigidity for its thickness
- Flexibility without cracking
- Very low scorch marks when laser cut
- Good paint and adhesive compatibility

At Laser Lab, this is one of our favourite materials and really recommend it for prototype and template applications over cardboard/manilla card.
