By selecting this option alongside your chosen substrate, we will apply a high-quality double-sided adhesive to the reverse side of the material prior to laser processing.
Adhesive Tape Details
The adhesive used is a double-sided tape featuring a paper tissue carrier, coated on both sides with a modified dispersion acrylate adhesive. It provides strong bonding performance along with excellent resistance to temperature, ageing, and plasticisers.
The tape is supplied with a double-sided silicone release liner (yellow/orange in colour).
Following extensive testing and collaboration with a local manufacturer, we have selected this adhesive for its reliable all-round performance. While we have trialled well-known alternatives such as 3M 467/468 and Orafilm 1375, we found these to be less effective on porous and textured materials.
