Mylar is a transparent film that is flexible and cuts well with a laser. It is a popular alternative stencil material to card as it is washable and reusable.
Finishing
Edges can be left unfinished.
Cutting Edges / Cleaning
Cut edge is clean (occaisional burn residue may be visible on reverse face).
Cutting Offsets (kerf width / laser cut line width)
0.125mm thick material (125 micron) = approx. 0.1mm
0.350mm thick material (350 micron) = approx. 0.1mm
