Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, the fibres are combined with a wax and resin binder to form a rigid consistent board. BENEFITS ? It is dense, flat, stiff, has no knots and is easily machined. Its consistency makes it ideal for laser cutting and engraving.
