Vision Cutting System

Working with printed media? Why not use our camera system to perfectly align your print with cutting paths.  Our vision system will align the cut and compensate paths for common distortion issues seen on commercial printers.

Cost is per booking (e.g. book laser hire for 8 hours, [used over multiple visits] and pay only once for camera option).  

System is compatible with our Trotec 400 cutter only, working area 1m x 0.6m.

How to set up your artwork

• Minimum of 3 registration marks on design (locate near artwork bounds).

• Registration mark style: Black (RGB 0,0,0) filled circles (approx 6mm diameter), with hairline outline (or 0.1pt).
